Online VMWare Training Course
To become a VMWare certified professional requires a specialized skill set, work experience and an exam. The skills that are needed are technical capabilities that include being able to install, configure and support VMWare data center and desktops. The exam is VCP5. The minimum amount of work experience required is six months in an environment using VMWare vSphere technologies.
There isn’t a course requirement for VMWare certification, until February 2012. In actuality there are three different ways that a candidate can attain this certification. These include: 1) Receiving a passing score on the VCP5 exam 2) Acquire practical work experience using VMware vSphere 5 and 3) Attend a VMWare authorized course.
VMWare certifications do not expire; however, exams are retired when a newer version of the certification exam is released.
